Ancient Heritage
The Valliarachal Pon Azhagu Nachiamman Temple has stood as a beacon of faith and culture for over 500 years in the Kongu Nadu region of Tamil Nadu. According to local lore, the temple was established by the villagers of Valliarachal who received divine visions from the goddess herself.
The temple architecture follows the Dravidian style, with a grand gopuram (tower) that greets pilgrims from afar. The inner sanctum houses the main deity Pon Azhagu Nachiamman, along with the divine consorts Eswarar, Perumal, and Murugar.
